The present invention relates to asbestos which has been designated as a Group 1 carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer under the World Health Organization such that the use of the asbestos (comprising import, export, manufacturing, etc.) is strictly prohibited (or restricted) by international laws and regulations, and more specifically, to an asbestos slate roof inspection system using multispectral images and administrative big data which quickly and accurately surveys the roof of a building made of asbestos slate, which is the most representative asbestos building material, by utilizing high-precision RGB aerial (drone) images, multi-spectral aerial (drone) images, and big data in the administrative field such as Seumteo, and artificial intelligence (Deep Learning, etc.) technologies. According to the present invention, it is expected to contribute to supporting the performance of obligations (fact-finding) of central administrative agencies such as the Ministry of Environment and local governments under the Asbestos Safety Management Act and to supporting the establishment and implementation of asbestos-related environmental health policies.

    본 발명은 국제보건기구(World Health Organization) 산하 국제암연구소(International Agency for Research on Cancer)에서 1군(Group1) 발암물질로 지정되어 국제적으로 법령에 따라 그 사용(수입, 수출, 제조 등 포함)이 엄격하게 금지(또는 제한)되어 있는 석면에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 가장 대표적인 석면건축자재인 석면슬레이트가 사용된 건축물의 지붕을 고정밀의 RGB 항공(드론)영상, 다중분광 항공(드론) 영상 및 세움터 등의 행정분야 빅데이터와 인공지능(Deep Learning 등) 기술을 활용하여 신속하고 정확하게 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중분광 영상 및 행정 빅데이터를 이용한 석면 슬레이트 지붕 조사 시스템에 관한 것이다.
