The present invention relates to a gas piping for a vessel using an integrated piping support and a construction method thereof. The gas piping for a vessel using an integrated piping support includes: a gas piping unit for a vessel; and the support mounted on the gas piping unit and supporting an object by being fixed to the object. The support includes: a first clamp member comprising a first connection member formed in an arc shape to come in close contact with an outer surface of a lower portion of the gas piping and having a bending unit on both sides thereof and a second connection member formed in an arc shape to come in close contact with an outer surface of an upper portion of the gas piping and having the bending unit on both sides thereof, wherein the first clamp member is connected to an outer surface of the piping unit as a coupling unit is connected to both the bending units of the first connection member and the second connection member; an elastic support unit comprising multiple ball housings formed on the inner circumference of the first connection member and the second connection member, a ball inserted into the ball housing, and an elastic body embedded into the ball housing and elastically supporting the ball; and a second clamp member connected to the outside of the gas piping to be spaced at fixed intervals. The second clamp member comprises: a first casing member formed in the arc shape to be convex upward; a second casing member formed in the arc shape to be convex downward and connected to be symmetric to the first casing member; and an elastic member supported on the outer surface of the gas piping. The gas piping for a vessel using the integrated piping support can prevent damage or loosening of a connection part caused by vibration and impact.

    본 발명은 일체화된 배관용 서포트를 이용한 선박의 가스배관 및 이의 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 선박의 가스배관과, 상기 가스배관에 장착되며 대상물에 고정시켜 지지토록 하는 서포트를 포함하고, 상기 서포트는, 가스배관의 하부 외면에 밀착되도록 호형으로 형성되고, 양측에 절곡부가 형성된 제1결합부재와, 가스배관의 상부 외면에 밀착되도록 호형으로 형성되고 양측에 절곡부가 형성된 제2결합부재로 이루어지고, 제1결합부재 및 제2결합부재의 양 절곡부에 체결구가 결합되어 배관의 외면에 결합되는 제1클램프부재; 상기 제1결합부재 및 제2결합부재의 내주면에 다수 형성된 볼하우징과, 상기 볼하우징에 삽입되는 볼과, 상기 볼하우징에 매립되어 볼이 탄성지지되는 탄성체로 구성된 탄성지지부; 가스배관의 외부에 소정 간격 이격되게 결합되며, 상부로 볼록한 호형으로 형성되는 제1케이싱부재와, 하부로 볼록한 호형으로 형성되며 제1케이싱부재와 대칭되게 결합되는 제2케이싱부재와, 상기 가스배관의 외면에 지지되는 탄성부재를 갖는 제2클램프부재;를 포함한다.
