본 발명은 타차량에 할당된 가중치(Weight)를 이용하여 타겟을 선정하는 타겟선정장치에 카메라센서, 레이더센서 또는 초음파센서인 외부감지센서로부터 자차량의 전방에 위치하는 타차량의 주행정보를 수신하는 수신부와; 타차량의 주행정보에 기초하여 타차량의 이동방향을 추정하는 추정부와; 미리 타겟으로 선정된 제1타차량의 이동방향에 기초하여 제1타차량이 추정된 자차량의 주행로를 벗어나는지 판단하는 판단부; 및 제1타차량이 자차량의 주행로를 벗어나는 것으로 판단되고, 제1타차량의 이동방향과 타차량의 이동방향의 차이가 미리 설정된 오차범위 내에 해당하면 제1타차량이 타겟으로 유지되도록 제1타차량에 할당된 가중치를 설정하는 설정부를 포함하는 타겟선정장치에 관한 것이다.

    The present invention relates to a target selection device capable of accurately selecting a target, and a target selection method. The target selection device comprises: a receiving unit for receiving traveling information of a target vehicle positioned in front of a reference vehicle from an external sensor, which is a camera sensor, a radar sensor, or an ultrasonic sensor, to a target selection device selecting a target using a weight assigned to the target vehicle; an estimating unit that estimates the moving direction of the target vehicle based on the traveling information of the target vehicle; a determining unit for determining whether a first vehicle is out of the traveling path of the estimated reference vehicle based on the moving direction of the first vehicle selected in advance; and a setting unit determining that the first target vehicle is out of the traveling path of the reference vehicle, and setting a weight assigned to the first target vehicle to maintain the first target vehicle as a target when the difference between the movement direction of the first target vehicle and movement direction of the target vehicle falls within a predetermined range.
