The present invention relates to a boss part manufacturing method of a vehicle body panel made of a plastic composite material and, more specifically, to a boss part manufacturing method of a vehicle body panel made of a plastic composite material, which enables quick and simple installation of a boss part to be fastened with a relevant part on a vehicle body panel made of a plastic composite material without a separate bonding jig. The boss part manufacturing method of a vehicle body panel made of a plastic composite material comprises: a block manufacturing step (S10) of manufacturing a plurality of resin blocks (50) having a three-dimensional shape; a right location marking step (S20) of marking a fitting location of the resin blocks on a vehicle body panel (10) made of a plastic composite material; a block fixing step (S30) of installing the resin blocks (50) manufactured from the block manufacturing step (S10) to be fixed on the fitting location marked on the vehicle body panel (10) by using an adhesive tool (60); and a boss part manufacturing step (S50) of transferring the vehicle body panel, in which the resin blocks (50) are fitted, to a multi-axis machining device when the fixing of the resin blocks (50) to the vehicle body panel (10) is completed and processing the resin blocks (50) according to setting data according to a fastening location with a relevant part to form a boss part (70).

    본 발명은 플라스틱 복합소재로 제작된 차체패널의 보스부 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 플라스틱 복합소재로 제작된 차체패널상에 상관파트와의 체결을 위한 보스부를 별도의 본딩지그 없이도 신속하고 간단히 설치할 수 있도록 하는 플라스틱 복합소재로 제작된 차체패널의 보스부 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 입체형상을 갖는 다수개의 수지블록(50)을 제작하는 블록제조단계(S10); 플라스틱 복합소재로 제작된 차체패널(10) 상에 수지블록의 장착위치를 표시하는 정위치 표시단계(S20); 상기 블록제조단계(S10)에서 제작된 수지블록(50)을 차체패널(10)에 표시된 장착위치에 접착수단(60) 을 매개로 고정되게 설치하는 블록픽싱단계(S30); 상기 차체패널(10)에 상기 수지블록(50)의 고정이 완료되면, 상기 수지블록(50)이 장착된 차체패널을 다축가공기로 이송하여 상관파트와의 결합위치에 따른 설정데이터에 따라 상기 수지블록(50)을 가공하여 보스부(70)로 형성하는 보스부 제작단계(S50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
