The present invention relates to a parcel delivery system for an apartment house and a control method thereof. The parcel delivery system for an apartment house comprises: a delivery box of which a door is opened or closed in a non-contact manner and transfers delivery goods stored therein to the rear thereof; a transferring and loading robot which picks up the delivery goods transferred to the rear of the delivery box and loads the same on a common suspension transfer rail car; a joint suspension rail car which transfers the delivery goods, loaded by the transferring and loading robot, by using suspension rails and loads the same into a delivery-dedicated elevator; the delivery-dedicated elevator which vertically transfers the delivery goods, loaded by the common suspension rail car, to a floor suitable for a delivery destination and loads the same on an individual suspension transfer rail car; the individual suspension transfer rail car for transferring the delivery goods, loaded by the delivery-dedicated elevator, to the delivery destination by using suspension rails; a sensor unit which detects whether the delivery box is opened or closed, whether the delivery goods are stored, and a transfer location; a control unit which is connected to the sensor unit and controls the delivery box, the transferring and loading robot, the common suspension rail car, the delivery-dedicated elevator, and the individual suspension rail car; and a driving unit for driving the delivery box, the transferring and loading robot, the common suspension rail car, the delivery-dedicated elevator, and the individual suspension rail car according to a control signal of the control unit. Therefore, the parcel delivery system can use the transferring and loading robot, the suspension rail car, and the delivery-dedicated elevator to automatically and collectively transfer the delivery goods to the delivery destination in a non-face-to-face manner.
