A monitoring system for an ICT convergence wind farm of the present invention collects information on surrounding environmental conditions of a wind power generator, such as a typhoon or storm, using ICT technology, detects and predicts an impact applied to the wind power generator based on the environmental condition information, and changes the position of the wind power generator, thereby reducing the impact applied to the wind power generator. The monitoring system for an ICT convergence wind farm comprises one or more wind power generators, a support, an information collecting unit, a monitoring server, an antenna unit, and at least one moving member.
