An apparatus for building a communication network and collecting situation information in a field of a collapse disaster according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a ground drone (10) traveling by means of driving of a track device (20) and having a communication device (80) mounted thereon; a flying drone (32) mounted on the ground drone (10) to be transferred and flying according to an operational signal to photograph a field of a collapse disaster; a camera device (40) mounted on the ground drone (10) to photograph the surroundings of the ground drone (10); storage (50) installed on the ground drone (10) to accommodate a relay module (60) and throw the relay module (60) into the field of the collapse disaster according to an operational signal; and a plurality of relay modules (60) connected through a wireless communication network to relay wireless communication among the ground drone (10), the flying drone (32), and a directing control unit (100). Accordingly, situation information on a disaster field can be more accurately ensured and shared and a rescue plan can be made in a safer manner.

    본 발명의 실시예에 따른 붕괴 재난 현장에서 통신망 구축 및 상황정보 수집하는 장치는, 궤도 장치(20)의 구동으로 주행하고 통신 장치(80)가 탑재된 지상 드론(10); 지상 드론(10)에 탑재되어 운반되고, 작동 신호에 따라 비행하여 붕괴 재난 현장을 촬영하는 비행 드론(32); 지상 드론(10)에 탑재되어 지상 드론(10)의 주변을 촬영하는 카메라 장치(40); 지상 드론(10)에 설치되고 중계기 모듈(60)을 수납하며 작동 신호에 따라 중계기 모듈(60)을 붕괴 재난 현장에 투척하는 스토리지(50); 및 무선 통신망으로 연결되어 지상 드론(10), 비행 드론(32) 및 지휘 통제부(100) 간에 무선 통신을 중계하는 다수의 중계기 모듈(60); 을 포함한다.
