The present invention is for high-frequency induction heating of a rim-shaped protrusion formed on the body of a tram track. Disclosed are a high-frequency induction heating coil for tram tracks and a high-frequency induction heating device using the same. The high-frequency induction heating coil includes: a cooling water supply block having a cooling water supply path therein; a cooling water discharge block installed opposite to one side of the cooling water supply block, and having a cooling water discharge path therein; an induction coil unit formed as an edge shape corresponding to the planar shape of a protrusion, wherein one end thereof is coupled to the cooling water supply block, the other end thereof is coupled to the cooling water discharge block, and a cooling water path connecting the cooling water supply path and the cooling water discharge path is formed therein; and a shield installed on the upper side of the induction coil unit to prevent heat for heating the protrusion from spreading to the upper side of the induction coil unit. According to the present invention, the efficiency of a high-frequency induction heating process is improved and accordingly, process unit price can be reduced.
본 발명은 전차 궤도의 몸체에 형성된 테두리 형태의 돌출부를 고주파 유도가열하기 위한 것으로서, 내부에 냉각수공급로가 형성된 냉각수공급블록; 상기 냉각수공급블록의 일측에 대향되게 설치되고, 내부에 냉각수배출로가 형성된 냉각수배출블록; 상기 돌출부의 평면 형상과 상응한 테두리 형태로 형성된 것으로서, 일단이 상기 냉각수공급블록에 결합되고, 타단이 상기 냉각수배출블록에 결합되며, 내부에 상기 냉각수공급로와 냉각수배출로를 연결하는 냉각수유통로가 형성된 유도코일부; 및 상기 유도코일부의 상측에 설치되어 상기 돌출부의 가열을 위한 열이 유도코일부의 상측으로 확산되는 것을 방지하는 차폐부;를 포함하여 이루어진 전차 궤도용 고주파 유도가열코일 및 이를 이용한 고주파 유도가열장치를 개시한다.
