The present invention relates to an unmanned on-street parking system having an electric vehicle charging function. The system comprises: a camera unit installed in an on-street parking lot equipped with a plurality of parking spaces and capturing an image of a vehicle entering the on-street parking lot in real time; at least one first terminal provided with a settlement module for calculating the parking fee of the vehicle in the on-street parking lot; a plurality of second terminals provided with a control module for controlling the operation of the settlement module through the number recognition of the vehicle in the on-street parking lot; a charging terminal connected to the first and second terminals and installed in the parking space to exclusively charge the electric vehicle; and a control server in which authentication data for vehicles officially registered as electric vehicles are stored in advance. The control module is communicatively connected to the camera unit, the first terminal, the charging terminal, and the control server. When the entry and exit of the vehicle to the parking space is detected by analyzing the image captured by the camera unit, after recognizing the number of the detected entering and exiting vehicle, it is determined whether the vehicle is an electric vehicle while matching the recognized vehicle number with the authentication data stored in the control server. As a result of the determination, if the entering and exiting vehicle is an electric vehicle, the settlement module is controlled to perform parking settlement corresponding to the corresponding electric vehicle. The control module controls the settlement module to further perform charging settlement corresponding to the corresponding electric vehicle when a charging event by the charging terminal occurs later from the time of entering the electric vehicle.

    본 발명은 복수개의 주차공간이 구비된 노상주차장에 설치되어, 상기 노상주차장 내에 진입하는 차량에 대한 영상을 실시간 촬영하는 카메라 유닛; 상기 노상주차장 내 차량의 주차요금 정산을 위한 정산모듈이 구비되는 적어도 하나의 제1 단말; 상기 노상주차장 내 차량의 번호 인식을 통해 상기 정산모듈의 작동을 제어하기 위한 제어모듈이 구비되는 복수개의 제2 단말; 상기 제1,2 단말과 연결되어 상기 주차공간에 전기차량을 전용으로 충전가능하게 설치되는 충전단말; 및 상기 전기차량으로 공식 등록된 차량들에 대한 인증 데이터가 미리 저장되는 관제서버를 포함하고, 상기 제어모듈은, 상기 카메라 유닛, 상기 제1 단말, 상기 충전단말 및 상기 관제서버와 통신가능하게 연결되며, 상기 카메라 유닛으로부터 촬영되는 영상을 분석하여 상기 주차공간에 대한 차량의 출입이 검지되면, 상기 검지된 출입 차량의 번호를 인식한 후, 상기 인식된 차량번호를 상기 관제서버에 저장된 상기 인증 데이터와 상호 매칭시키면서 전기차량여부를 판단하고, 상기 판단결과, 상기 출입 차량이 전기차량이면, 상기 정산모듈이 해당 전기차량에 대응하는 주차용 정산을 수행하도록 제어하되, 상기 해당 전기차량의 입차 시점으로부터 추후 상기 충전단말에 의한 충전 이벤트가 발생되면, 상기 정산모듈이 상기 해당 전기차량에 대응하는 충전용 정산을 더 수행하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
