The present invention relates to a drowning person search and rescue system using an automatic maritime radio device. The drowning person search and rescue system using an automatic maritime radio device, which enables a rescuer to identify the location of a drowning person and rescue the drowning person, comprises: a drowning person location transmitting device which transmits an automatic identification system (AIS)-based rescue message including the location of a drowning person by confirming the global positioning system (GPS) location and analyzing AIS information; a ship-dedicated receiving device which checks whether the AIS-based rescue message has been received and, if so, locates the drowning person through a ship monitor, converts the AIS-based rescue message into a satellite-based rescue signal, and transmits the satellite-based rescue signal; and a vessel traffic service center (VTSC) device which checks whether the satellite-based rescue signal is received, if so, detects a responsible district patrol division based on the location of the drowning person, converts the satellite-based rescue signal into a maritime disaster message, and transmits the maritime disaster message to a district patrol division monitor of the responsible district patrol division.

    본 발명은 자율해상무선기기를 이용한 익수자 수색 구조 시스템에 관한 것으로, GPS (Global Positioning System) 위치의 확인 및 AIS (Automatic Identification System) 정보의 분석을 수행하여 익수자의 위치를 포함하는 AIS 기반의 구조 메시지를 전송하는 익수자 위치 발신장치, 상기 AIS 기반의 구조 메시지가 수신되었는지 여부를 확인하고 그렇다면 선박 모니터를 통해 상기 익수자의 위치를 파악하며 상기 AIS 기반의 구조 메시지를 위성 기반의 구조 신호로 변환하여 전송하는 선박 전용수신장치, 및 상기 위성 기반의 구조 신호가 수신되었는지 여부를 확인하고 그렇다면 상기 익수자의 위치를 기초로 담당 지구대를 검출하고 상기 위성 기반의 구조 신호를 해상 재난 메시지로 변환하여 상기 담당 지구대의 지구대 모니터에 전송하는 VTSC (Vessel Traffic Service Center) 장치를 포함한다.
