Provided is a vessel for transporting liquefied hydrogen, wherein boil-off gas of liquefied hydrogen generated during transportation can be treated efficiently. The vessel for transporting liquefied hydrogen according to the present invention comprises: a hull; a liquefied natural gas storage tank installed on the hull to store liquefied natural gas; at least one liquefied hydrogen storage tank installed on the hull to store liquefied hydrogen; a combustion engine for generating power by receiving the liquefied natural gas; a fuel supply line for supplying the liquefied natural gas from the liquefied natural gas storage tank to the combustion engine; a first re-liquefaction line for receiving the boil-off gas of liquefied hydrogen, which is generated by natural evaporation of liquefied hydrogen from the liquefied hydrogen storage tank, re-liquefying the same and recovering liquefied hydrogen to the liquefied hydrogen storage tank; a compressor installed on the first re-liquefaction line to compress the boil-off gas of liquefied hydrogen; a cooling unit installed on the first re-liquefaction line on a rear end of the compressor and cooling the boil-off gas of liquefied hydrogen through an independent cooling cycle; an expander installed on the first re-liquefaction line on a rear end of the cooling unit to expand the boil-off gas of liquefied hydrogen adiabatically; a gas-liquid separator installed on the first re-liquefaction line on a rear end of the expander to separate liquefied hydrogen and boil-off gas of liquefied hydrogen; and a second re-liquefaction line branching from the gas-liquid separator, receiving boil-off gas of liquefied hydrogen, re-liquefying the same additionally and supplying liquefied hydrogen to the liquefied hydrogen storage tank.

    운송 중 발생하는 액화수소 증발가스를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 액화수소 운송용 선박이 제공된다. 본 발명에 의한 액화수소 운송용 선박은, 선체, 선체에 설치되어 액화천연가스를 저장하는 액화천연가스 저장탱크, 선체에 설치되어 액화수소를 저장하는 적어도 하나의 액화수소 저장탱크, 액화천연가스를 공급받아 동력을 발생시키는 연소기관, 액화천연가스를 액화천연가스 저장탱크에서 연소기관으로 공급하는 연료공급라인, 액화수소 저장탱크로부터 액화수소가 자연 증발하여 생성된 액화수소 증발가스를 공급받아 재액화 과정을 거친 후 액화수소를 액화수소 저장탱크로 회수하는 제1 재액화라인, 제1 재액화라인에 설치되어 액화수소 증발가스를 압축시키는 압축기, 압축기 후단의 제1 재액화라인에 설치되며 독립 냉각 사이클을 통하여 액화수소 증발가스를 냉각시키는 냉각유닛, 냉각유닛 후단의 제1 재액화라인에 설치되어 액화수소 증발가스를 단열 팽창시키는 팽창기, 팽창기 후단의 제1 재액화라인에 설치되어 액화수소와 액화수소 증발가스를 분리하는 기액분리기, 기액분리기로부터 분기되어 액화수소 증발가스를 공급받아 추가로 재액화 과정을 거친 후 액화수소를 액화수소 저장탱크로 공급하는 제2 재액화라인을 포함한다.
