본 발명은 LNG 운반선 등과 같이 대상물을 초저온 상태로 저장하기 위해 저장탱크를 단열시키기 위한 목적으로 단열벽체 사이의 틈에 끼워지는 수축 복원 기능을 갖는 복합단열패널에 관한 기술로서, 글라스울을 소정 두께가 되도록 적층하되, 적층방향으로 수축 가능하도록 한 판상의 제1단열패널; 상기 제1단열패널의 두께 보다 두꺼운 두께를 갖도록 글라스울을 적층함으로써 적층방향으로 수축 가능하도록 형성되는 단위패널과, 상기 단위패널을 폭 방향으로 복수개를 적층하여 상기 제1단열패널과 같은 폭을 갖도록 하되, 인접한 상기 단위패널들 사이에는 분리막이 결합되는 구조를 갖는 판상의 제2단열패널; 양면에 접착제를 도포하여 상기 제1단열패널과 상기 제2단열패널을 폭 방향으로 접합되게 하는 코어글라스크로스; 상기 코어글라스크로스와 마주보게 상기 제1단열패널의 외면에 부착되는 제1서피스글라스크로스; 상기 코어글라스크로스와 마주보게 상기 제2단열패널의 외면에 부착되는 제2서피스글라스크로스; 제1면은 제1서피스글라스크로스의 가장자리를 덮게되고, 제2면은 제2서피스글라스크로스의 가장자리를 덮게되고, 제3면은 상기 제1단열패널과 제2단열패널의 두께면을 덮으면서 결합되는 메인밀봉테이프; 상기 제1단열패널과 상기 제2단열패널의 각 모서리에서 상기 메인밀봉테이프를 덮으면서 결합되는 코너밀봉테이프;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    The present invention relates to a composite insulation panel with a shrinkage restoration function, which is inserted into the gap between insulating walls to insulate a storage tank so that objects are stored in an ultra-low temperature state as in LNG carriers. The composite insulation panel comprises: a plate-shaped first insulation panel in which sheets of glass wool are stacked to a predetermined thickness, and which can be shrunk in a stacking direction; a plate-shaped second insulation panel having a structure in which a plurality of unit panels, each formed by stacking sheets of glass wool to have a thickness greater than that of the first insulation panel and to be shrunk in a stacking direction, are stacked in a width direction to have the same width as the first insulation panel, and separators are coupled between the adjacent unit panels; a core glass cross for bonding the first insulation panel and the second insulation panel in a width direction by an adhesive applied to both sides of the core glass cross; a first surface glass cross attached to the outer surface of the first insulation panel to face the core glass cross; a second surface glass cross attached to the outer surface of the second insulation panel to face the core glass cross; main sealing tape coupled while having a first surface for covering the edge of the first surface glass cross, a second surface for covering the edge of the second surface glass cross, and a third surface for covering the thickness surfaces of the first insulation panel and the second insulation panel; and corner sealing tape coupled while covering the main sealing tape at each corner of the first insulation panel and the second insulation panel. Therefore, thermal insulation properties can be improved.
