Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for launching and recovery of an unmanned surface vehicle, comprising: a loading ship where an unmanned surface vehicle enters, exits, or is loaded; and a launching and recovery assembly connected to the loading ship and launching or recovering the loading ship on which the unmanned surface vehicle is loaded, wherein the launching and recovery assembly is connected and fixed to an upper end of the loading ship, and performs vertical fluctuation compensation within a preset operating range. By using a crane to launch and recover unmanned surface vehicles, the system for launching and recovery of an unmanned surface vehicle can stably launch and recover unmanned surface vehicles performing missions through autonomous navigation in various maritime environments without requiring manpower.
