The present invention relates to a system and method for predicting maritime traffic congestion and, more specifically, to a system and method for predicting maritime traffic congestion, which generate a traffic network by using wake data of a target sea sector to be analyzed, split the target sea sector to classify the wake data based on the split area and arrange the data in order of time, separate the arranged wake data in a set time unit to extract a time series feature, predict future traffic volume based on the feature, and predict complexity by area by considering the predicted traffic volume.

    본 발명은 해상교통 혼잡도 예측 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 분석 대상 해역의 항적 데이터를 이용하여 교통 네트워크를 생성하고, 대상 해역을 분할하여 분할된 영역을 기초로 항적 데이터를 분류한 후 시간 순서로 정렬하고, 정렬된 항적 데이터를 설정시간 단위로 구분하여 시계열 특성을 추출하고, 이를 기초로 향후 교통량을 예측하고, 예측된 교통량을 고려하여 영역별 혼잡도를 예측하는 해상교통 혼잡도 예측 시스템 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
