인조가죽용 백킹 클로스층, 상기 백킹 클로스층 위에 형성된 폴리올레핀 발포층, 상기 발포층 위에 형성된 폴리올레핀 시트층, 상기 폴리올레핀 시트층 위에 형성된 잉크 전사 필름층 및 상기 잉크 전사 필름층 위에 형성된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 투명 보호층을 포함하는 잉크 전사 무늬를 가지는 인조가죽 및 그 제조 방법이 개시된다. 상기 인조가죽은 폴리올레핀 수지를 기재로 하면서도 다양한 잉크 전사 무늬를 포함할 수 있고, 낮은 잉크 깨짐성, 높은 합지력 및 높은 내스크래치성을 나타낼 수 있다.
Disclosed are synthetic leather having an ink transfer pattern and a manufacturing method thereof. The synthetic leather having an ink transfer pattern comprises a backing closure layer for synthetic leather, a polyolefin foam layer formed on the backing closure layer, a polyolefin sheet layer formed on the foam layer, an ink transfer film layer formed on the polyolefin sheet layer, and a thermoplastic polyurethane transparent protection layer formed on the ink transfer film layer. The synthetic leather is based on a polyolefin resin, includes various ink transfer patterns, and can show low ink breakage, high adhesive force, and high scratch resistance.
