The intelligent electric vehicle charging system using an elevating charger according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of charging bases moving along guide rails installed on the ceiling of a charging station; an elevating charger having a proximity sensor on one side of a bottom surface facing an electric vehicle, wherein the elevating charger moves up and down according to the direction of rotation of a winder in a state in which the winder mounted inside each of the charging bases is wound by means of a wire; and a controller including a basic control module for moving the charging base to an upper position of the electric vehicle and lowering the elevating charger at a first speed according to a charging request of the electric vehicle, and a deceleration control module for lowering the elevating charger at a second speed slower than the first speed when a detection signal is generated by the proximity sensor. According to the intelligent electric vehicle charging system using the elevating charger according to the present invention, a distance to the electric vehicle is measured/detected through the medium of the proximity sensor mounted on the elevating charger, such that the descending speed of the elevating charger is controlled to be decelerated, thereby providing a stable charging environment.

    본 발명에 따른 승강 충전기를 이용한 지능형 전기자동차 충전 시스템은, 충전장소의 천장에 설치된 가이드 레일을 따라 이동하는 복수 개의 충전 베이스; 상기 충전 베이스 각각의 내부에 장착된 와인더에 와이어를 매개로 권취된 상태에서 상기 와인더의 회전 방향에 따라 승강하는 것으로서, 전기자동차를 향한 저면 일 측에 근접 센서를 구비한 승강 충전기; 전기자동차의 충전 요청에 따라 상기 전기자동차의 상부 위치로 상기 충전 베이스를 이동시킨 다음 상기 승강 충전기를 제 1 속도로 하강하는 기본 제어 모듈과, 상기 근접 센서에서 감지 신호를 생성 시 상기 승강 충전기를 상기 제 1 속도보다 느린 제 2 속도로 하강하는 감속 제어 모듈을 포함한 컨트롤러;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 승강 충전기를 이용한 지능형 전기자동차 충전 시스템에 의하면, 승강 충전기에 장착된 근접 센서를 매개로 전기자동차와의 거리를 측정/감지하여 승강 충전기의 하강 속도를 감속 제어함으로써 안정적인 충전 환경을 제공하는 효과를 가진다.
