고온 고압의 압축공기를 이용하여 공냉식으로 해수를 증발시켜 냉각시킨 후 배출하는 온배수 저감형 복합발전 플랜트가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 복합발전 플랜트는 해상 또는 하상에 부유 또는 고정되거나 해안 또는 하안에 정박하여 발전하는 복합발전 플랜트에 있어서, 가스 또는 연료유를 연소하여 발전하는 발전 엔진을 포함하는 연료 발전시스템; 발전 엔진에서 배출되는 배기가스에 의해 구동되어 발전 엔진의 흡입기로 압축공기를 공급하는 압축기; 압축기를 통과한 배기가스에서 폐열을 회수하여 발전하며, 증기를 응축시키는 응축기를 구비하는 증기 발전시스템; 증기를 응축시키기 위한 해수를 취수하여 응축기로 공급하는 해수 공급시스템; 응축기에서의 열교환에 의해 승온된 해수를 공급받아 공냉식으로 냉각하는 해수냉각탑; 및 압축기에 의해 압축된 압축공기 중의 일부를 이송하여 해수냉각탑에 주입시키는 압축공기 공급라인을 포함한다. 해수냉각탑은 압축공기 공급라인을 통해 공급되는 압축공기에 의해 해수를 증발시키도록 구성된다.

    Disclosed is a hybrid power plant of a hot water discharge reduction type, which uses high temperature and high pressure compressed air to evaporate and cool seawater in an air cooling manner so as to discharge the seawater. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the hybrid power plant floated or fixed on the sea or a streambed, or anchored to a seaside or a riverside to produce electricity comprises: a fuel generation system including a generation engine combusting gas or fuel gas to produce electricity; a compressor operated by exhaust gas discharged from the generation engine to supply compressed air to an inlet of the generation engine; a steam generation system collecting waste heat from the exhaust gas passing through the compressor and including a condenser to condense steam; a seawater supply system collecting seawater for condensing steam to supply the seawater to the condenser; a seawater cooling tower receiving the seawater heated by heat exchange in the condenser to cool the heated seawater in an air cooling manner; and a compressed air supply line transferring a part of the compressed air compressed by the compressor to inject the compressed air into the seawater cooling tower. The seawater cooling tower evaporates the seawater by the compressed air supplied through the compressed air supply line.
