The present invention relates to a power generation system for ships. The power generation system for ships according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a crankshaft of a main actuator; a steel coupling having one side directly connected to one end of the crankshaft; a gear wheel coupled to the other side of the steel coupling; a pinion gear that rotates in engagement with the gear wheel; and a generator connected to the pinion gear to generate rotational force of the pinion gear. Embodiments of the present invention provide the power generation system for ships that simplifies the overall configuration and size and has a high torque transmission capability.

    본 발명은 선박용 발전 시스템에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 선박용 발전 시스템은 메인 구동기의 크랭크샤프트와, 일측이 상기 크랭크샤프트의 일단에 직결된 스틸 커플링과, 상기 스틸 커플링의 타측에 결합된 기어 휠과, 상기 기어 휠과 맞물려 회전하는 피니언 기어, 그리고 상기 피니언 기어와 연결되어 상기 피니언 기어의 회전력으로 발전하는 발전기를 포함한다.
