The present invention relates to a 3-phase 4-wire battery charging/discharging device and an electric vehicle battery charging/discharging system, which can be relatively made compact and can reduce manufacturing costs. The 3-phase 4-wire battery charging/discharging device comprises: a DC-link terminal including a first capacitor and a second capacitor connected in series, connected to a battery, and having connection points of the first capacitor and the second capacitor connected to the ground; a 3-level DC-DC converter for reducing the voltage of the DC-link terminal and outputting the same to the battery, or boosting the voltage of the battery and outputting the same to the DC-link terminal; a 3-level DC-AC converter for converting the AC of a system into DC and outputting the same to the DC-link terminal, or converting the DC of the DC-link terminal into AC and outputting the same to the system, and provided in a 3-phase 4-wire type; and a switching control unit for controlling switching of the 3-level DC-DC converter and the 3-level DC-AC converter.

    본 발명은 상대적으로 소형화되고 제조비용을 절감할 수 있는 3상 4선식 배터리 충방전 장치 및 전기자동차 배터리 충방전 시스템에 관한 것으로, 직렬로 연결되는 제1커패시터와 제2커패시터를 포함하고, 배터리에 연결되며, 상기 제1커패시터 및 상기 제2커패시터의 연결점이 접지에 연결되는 DC-링크단, 상기 DC-링크단의 전압을 감압하여 배터리 측으로 출력하거나, 상기 배터리의 전압을 승압하여 상기 DC-링크단으로 출력하는 3레벨 DC-DC 컨버터, 계통의 교류를 직류로 변환하여 상기 DC-링크단으로 출력하거나, 상기 DC-링크단의 직류를 교류로 변환하여 상기 계통측으로 출력하되, 3상 4선식으로 구성되는 3레벨 DC-AC 컨버터 및 상기 3레벨 DC-DC 컨버터 및 상기 3레벨 DC-AC 컨버터의 스위칭을 제어하는 스위칭 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
