잠수함용 관통구의 오버레이 용접방법이 제공된다. 상기 잠수함용 관통구의 오버레이 용접방법은, 플랜지(flange)와 슬리브(sleeve)를 포함하는 잠수함용 관통구의 오버레이 용접방법으로서, 용접 공간 확보를 위해 상기 플랜지의 중심부를 가공하는 단계, 가공된 상기 플랜지 내에 부쉬를 삽입하는 단계, 상기 플랜지와 상기 부쉬를 접합시키도록 가용접하는 단계, 상기 플랜지를 회전판 상에 고정하고, 상기 회전판을 회전시키면서 상기 플랜지와 상기 부쉬를 단일의 용접재료를 이용하여 TIG(Tungsten Inert Gas) 용접을 수행하는 단계, 상기 TIG 용접 완료 후, 용접 표면을 연마가공하여 표면이 평평한 상기 관통구를 완성하는 단계를 포함한다.

    Provided is an overlay welding method for a through-hole of a submarine, capable of simplifying a cladding welding process. According to the present invention, the overlay welding method for a submarine through-hole including a flange and a sleeve comprises the steps of: processing the central part of the flange to secure a welding space; inserting a bush into the processed flange; performing temporary welding to bond the flange and the bush; fixing the flange on a rotational plate and using a single welding material to perform tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding between the flange and the bush while rotating the rotational plate; and grinding a welding surface after completing the TIG welding to complete the through-hole with a flat surface.
