본 발명은 냉각수 히터에 관한 것으로, 냉각수가 유입되는 입구 파이프 및 냉각수가 배출되는 출구 파이프가 형성되는 몸체; 내부가 중공 형성되어 상기 중공된 내부가 밀폐되도록 상기 몸체에 결합되는 하우징; 상기 몸체와 하우징에 의해 밀폐된 내부에 구비되는 인덕션 코일; 상기 몸체와 하우징에 의해 밀폐된 내부에 구비되며, 상기 인덕션 코일의 내측에 이격되어 구비되는 제1발열체; 상기 몸체와 하우징에 의해 밀폐된 내부에 구비되며, 상기 인덕션 코일의 외측에 이격되어 구비되되 상기 인덕션 코일을 기준으로 상기 제1발열체와 대향되도록 배치되는 제2발열체; 상기 몸체와 하우징에 의해 밀폐된 내부에 구비되며, 상기 인덕션 코일의 외측에 이격되어 구비되되 상기 인덕션 코일의 중심축 방향 일측에 배치되는 제3발열체 및 타측에 배치되는 제4발열체; 를 포함하며, 상기 입구 파이프로 유입된 냉각수가 상기 제1발열체, 제2발열체, 제3발열체 및 제4발열체에 접촉되도록 유동된 후 상기 출구 파이프로 배출되도록 냉각수 유로가 형성됨으로써, 발열체들에 의해 인덕션 코일에서 발생하는 자기장의 폐자로가 형성되어 인덕션 코일에서 발생되는 자기장의 손실을 최소화 할 수 있어, 발열체의 발열 효율 및 성능을 향상시킬 수 있으며 냉각수와 발열체 간의 열교환 효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 냉각수 히터에 관한 것이다.

    The present invention relates to a cooling water heater comprising: a body having an inlet pipe from which cooling water is supplied and an outlet pipe to which the cooling water is discharged; a housing having a hollow inner part to be combined with the body in order to seal the hollow inner part; an induction coil installed in the inner part sealed by the body and the housing; a first heating body installed in the inner part sealed by the body and the housing, and installed inside the induction coil by being spaced apart from the induction coil; a second heating body installed in the inner part sealed by the body and the housing, installed outside the induction coil by being spaced apart from the induction coil, and disposed to be faced with the first heating body with respect to the induction coil; and third and fourth heating bodies installed in the inner part sealed by the body and the housing, and installed outside the induction coil by being spaced apart from the induction coil, wherein the third heating body is disposed on one side in an axis of the induction coil and the fourth heating body is disposed on the other side. As such, as a cooling water passage is formed to allow the cooling water supplied from the inlet pipe to be in comparison with the first to fourth heating bodies and be discharged to the outlet pipe, a closed magnetic path of a magnetic field generated by the induction coil by the heating bodies is formed and thereby a loss of the magnetic field generated by the induction coil can be minimized. Thus, heating efficiency and performance of the heating bodies are able to be improved, and heat exchange efficiency between the cooling water and the heating bodies are able to be improved.
