통합 불활성가스 발생 시스템 및 그 제어 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 통합 불활성가스 발생 시스템은, 황산화물 정제 기능과 불활성가스 공급 기능을 통합하고, 불활성가스 스크러빙이 주목적인 소용량의 제2 스크러버를 별도로 구비하여, 보일러로부터 배출되는 배기가스의 일부뿐만 아니라, 엔진으로부터 배출되는 배기가스의 일부도 SOLAS에서 규제하고 있는 산소 함량 조건을 만족시키면서 불활성가스로 활용할 수 있도록 구성함으로써, 황산화물 정제 기능과 불활성가스 공급기능을 통합한 시스템의 운전제약을 최소화할 수 있다. 본 발명의 통합 불활성가스 발생 시스템에 따르면, 엔진과 보조보일러의 분리운전이 가능하므로, 전체적인 스크러버의 용량 감소가 가능하다.

    Disclosed are a combined inert gas generating system and a control method thereof. According to the present invention, the combined inert gas generating system combines a sulfur dioxide refinement function and an inert gas supply function, is separately provided with a second scrubber of a small capacity which is mainly used for inert gas scrubbing, and is provided so that not only a part of an exhaust gas discharged from a boiler but also a part of an exhaust gas discharged from an engine can be utilized as an inert gas while satisfying an oxygen content condition regulated by SOLAS, thereby minimizing operation restriction of the system combining the sulfur dioxide refinement function and the inert gas supply function. According to the combined inert gas generating system of the present invention, the overall capacity of the scrubber can be reduced because of being possible to separate an operation of the engine and the auxiliary boiler.
