본 발명은 자차량의 전방을 감지하는 레이더 및 카메라 중 하나 이상을 이용하여 자차량과 동일차선에서 주행하는 동일차선 선행차량, 동일차선 선행차량에 관한 정보, 옆차선에서 주행하는 옆차선 선행차량 및 옆차선 선행차량에 관한 정보를 감지하는 선행차량 감지부와 자차량의 양측 후방을 감지하는 레이더 및 카메라 중 하나 이상을 이용하여 옆차선 후행차량 및 옆차선 후행차량에 관한 정보를 감지하는 후행차량 감지부와 자차량의 속도(vRV)를 감지하는 속도 감지부와 동일차선 선행차량의 감지여부, 동일차선 선행차량에 관한 정보, 옆차선 선행차량의 감지여부, 옆차선 선행차량에 관한 정보, 옆차선 후행차량의 감지여부 및 옆차선 후행차량에 관한 정보 중 하나 이상에 기초하여 옆차선 후행차량이 자차량과 동일차선 선행차량 사이를 끼어들지를 판단하는 끼어들기 여부 판단부 및 옆차선 후행차량이 선행차량과 자차량 사이를 끼어들 것으로 판단되면, 자차량에 장착된 경보장치의 동작시점 및 제동장치의 동작시점을 앞당기는 제어부를 포함하는 충돌 위험 안전 장치에 관한 것이다.

    The present invention relates to a safety device for the risk of collision comprising: a preceding vehicle detection part for detecting information on a same-lane preceding vehicle that drives on the same lane with a running vehicle, information on the same-lane preceding vehicle, an adjacent-lane preceding vehicle that drives on an adjacent lane, and information on the adjacent-lane preceding vehicle by using either or both of a radar and a camera for detecting the forward area of the running vehicle; a following vehicle detection part for detecting an adjacent-lane following vehicle and information on the adjacent-lane following vehicle by using either or both of a radar and a camera for detecting the backward area of both sides of the running vehicle; a velocity detection part for detecting the velocity (v_RV) of the running vehicle; a cut-in determination part for determining whether or not the adjacent-lane following vehicle will cut in between the running vehicle and the same-lane preceding vehicle based on one or more among the detection of a same-lane preceding vehicle, information on the same-lane preceding vehicle, the detection of an adjacent-lane preceding vehicle, information on the adjacent-lane preceding vehicle, the detection of an adjacent-lane following vehicle and information on the adjacent-lane following vehicle; and a control part for advancing the operating time of a warning device mounted on the running vehicle and the operating time of a braking device if it is determined that the adjacent-lane following vehicle will cut in between the preceding vehicle and the running vehicle.
