본 발명은 V2X 통신환경에서 주행 차량에서 발신되는 프로브 차량정보(PVD, Prove Vehicle Device)를 수신하는 노변 기지국(RSU, Road Side Unit)의 통신반경에 위치하는 차량을 관제하는 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 차량관제 시스템은, 차량에 설치되어 송신시간, 차량 식별정보, 차량의 위치정보를 포함하는 프로브 차량정보(PVD)를 주기적으로 전송하는 차량단말기, 차량이 주행되는 도로변에 통신 가능한 해당영역마다 할당 설치되어, 통신망으로 연결된 상기 해당영역에 위치하는 차량단말기로부터 주기적으로 전송되는 프로브 차량정보를 수신하는 노변기지국 및, 통신망으로 연결되는 노변기지국으로부터 프로브 차량정보를 수신하여 차량의 위치정보, 궤적정보를 분석하여 출력하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

    The present invention relates to a system for controlling a vehicle located within the communication radius of a road side unit (RSU) that receives a probe vehicle device (PVD) transmitted from a driving vehicle in a V2X communication environment. The system comprises: a vehicle terminal installed in a vehicle to periodically transmit PVD including transmission time, vehicle identification information, and vehicle location information; a RSU which is allocated and installed for each communication-available area on the roadside where the vehicle runs to receive PVD periodically transmitted from the vehicle terminal connected through a communication network and located in the communication-available area; and a vehicle control server which receives the PVD from the RSU connected through the communication network and analyzes and outputs the location and trajectory information of the vehicle.
