본 발명은, 주행중인 차량의 이동통신 단말기와 노변단말로써 차량의 정체 여부를 포함하는 교통정보를 생성하여 상기 교통정보를 전달 방향과 거리를 특정하여 주행 차량들로 전달하고, 구난 차량인 경우에는 그 정보를 전달 방향과 거리를 특정하여 선행 차량들로 전달하며, 아울러 사고정보 관리서버로부터 제공되는 교통정보를 전달 방향과 거리를 특정하여 주행 차량들로 전달하는 교통정보 제공 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 차량측에 구비되는 이동통신 단말기와 왕복 차선의 도로상의 일측 또는 중앙에 인접한 다른 노변단말들과의 통신 범위 이내에서 각각 이격되어 배치되는 복수의 노변단말을 구비하여, 차량의 정체 여부를 포함하는 교통정보를 생성하여 전달 방향과 거리를 특정하여 주행 차량들로 전달하고, 구난 차량인 경우에는 그 정보를 전달 방향과 거리를 특정하여 선행 차량들로 전달하며, 아울러 사고정보 관리서버로부터 제공되는 교통정보를 전달 방향과 거리를 특정하여 주행 차량들로 전달하는 교통정보 제공 시스템을 제공한다.

    The present invention relates to a traffic information provision system generating traffic information including whether traffic congestion has occurred by means of a roadside terminal and a mobile communication terminal of a traveling vehicle, delivering the traffic information to traveling vehicles after delivery direction and distance specification, delivering the information to preceding vehicles after delivery direction and distance specification in the case of a rescue vehicle, and delivering traffic information provided from an accident information management server to the traveling vehicles after delivery direction and distance specification. The system includes a plurality of roadside terminals separately disposed within the range of communication between the mobile communication terminal provided on the vehicle side and other roadside terminals adjacent to one side or the center of a round-trip lane road. The system generates the traffic information including whether traffic congestion has occurred, delivers the traffic information to the traveling vehicles after delivery direction and distance specification, delivers the information to the preceding vehicles after delivery direction and distance specification in the case of the rescue vehicle, and delivers the traffic information provided from the accident information management server to the traveling vehicles after delivery direction and distance specification.
