The present invention relates to an environmentally friendly buoy for emitting light and maintaining the location by using solar energy and, more specifically, to an environmentally friendly buoy for emitting light and maintaining the location by using solar energy, which has a solar panel installed inside the buoy, stores electricity in a battery member when the electricity is generated, and turns on light-emitting diodes at night, thereby being easily identified, can be easily identified at various locations through light emission, and can be floated in a constant state by balancing the weight at all times. The environmentally friendly buoy has a fastening hook. Upper and lower bodies have a spherical shape. The environmentally friendly buoy includes a light-emitting means in which a solar panel is installed on an upper side of a battery member connected to light-emitting diodes by a lead line on an upper side of a fixing panel fixed to the inside of a fixing protrusion and recess part at which the upper and lower bodies are connected. The lower body is rotatably installed with fixing bolts on the inner diameter and further includes a weight balancing means in which a vibration member having a vibration core is formed in a cross shape.

    본 발명은 태양열을 이용한 발광과 위치 유지용 친환경 부구에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 부구(Buyo)의 내부에 태양열 패널을 설치해 발전이 이루어지면 배터리 부재에 저장해 야간에 발광 다이오드를 점등시켜 식별이 용이하며 발광을 통해 다양한 위치의 파악이 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하고, 항상 중심을 유지해 일정한 상태로 부유될 수 있도록 하는 태양열을 이용한 발광과 위치 유지용 친환경 부구에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 체결고리가 형성되며, 상부몸체와 하부몸체가 구형으로 이루어지되;상기 상부몸체와 하부몸체가 연결되는 고정 요철부의 내부에 고정되는 고정패널의 상측에 리드선으로 발광다이오드와 연결되는 배터리부재의 상측에 태양광 패널이 설치된 발광 수단을 포함하고,상기 하부몸체는 내경에 고정볼트로 회전 가능하게 설치되며, 진동 중심자가 설치되는 진동 부재가 열십자로 이루어지는 중심유지 수단이 더 설치되는 것을 포함하는 것이다.
