According to the present invention, an apparatus for recognizing electric vehicle load interruption comprises: a regression current detection sensor detecting a regression current flowing on a railroad installed in a maintenance base; a signal generation unit determining whether a load of an electric vehicle occupying the railroad is interrupted based on the regression current detected from the regression current sensor and generating a disconnect switch off signal based on a result of the determination; and a signal output unit outputting the disconnecting switch off signal. The apparatus for recognizing electric vehicle load interruption uses the regression current flowing on a current regression line of the railroad occupied by the electric vehicle to check whether the load of the electric vehicle is interrupted and, according to a result of the checking, controls the disconnecting switch off, thereby having an advantage of securing safety of workers and facilities during electric vehicle inspection or maintenance.

    본 발명의 전기차 부하 차단 인식 장치는 정비기지에 설치된 철도레일에 흐르는 회귀 전류를 감지하는 회귀 전류 감지 센서; 상기 회귀 전류 감지센서에서 감지된 회귀 전류에 의거하여 상기 철도레일을 점유하는 전기차의 부하 차단 여부를 결정하고, 그 결과에 의거하여 단로기 개방신호를 생성하는 신호 생성부; 및 상기 단로기 개방신호를 출력하는 신호 출력부를 포함하고, 전기차가 점유한 레일의 전류 회귀선에 흐르는 회귀 전류를 이용하열 전기차의 부하차단 여부를 확인하고, 그 결과에 따라 단로기의 개방(off)을 제어함으로써, 전기차의 검수 또는 정비 시 작업자의 안전과 시설물의 안전을 확보할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
