A buoy for maritime management according to the present invention is a buoy composed of a floating part floating on the sea level, and a spindle part disposed under the floating part, and comprises: a light emitting part that is disposed on the floating part and emits light; an image recording part that is disposed on the floating part and acquires an image; a buoyancy sensing part disposed on the lower part of the floating part and the upper part of the spindle part to sense the state of the sea and the buoyancy state of the buoy; a wireless communication part for transmitting and receiving data acquired from the image recording part and the buoyancy sensing part to the outside; and a power part providing electric power to the light emitting part, the image recording part, the buoyancy sensing part, and the wireless communication part. The buoy for maritime management according to the present invention stably produces electric power by itself. By using the present invention, the marine environment can be more easily monitored.
본 발명에 따른 해상 관리용 부표는 해수면에 부유되는 부상부와, 부상부 하부에 배치되는 침추부로 구성되는 부표로서, 부상부 상부에 배치되어 발광하는 발광부와, 부상부에 배치되어 영상을 획득하는 영상 촬영부와, 부상부의 하부 및 침추부의 상부에 배치되어 해상의 상태 및 부표의 부력상태를 센싱하는 부력 센싱부와, 영상 촬영부 및 부력 센싱부에서 획득한 데이터를 외부로 송수신하기 위한 무선통신부 및 발광부, 영상 촬영부, 부력 센싱부 및 무선통신부에 전력을 공급하는 전원부로 구성된다. 본 발명에 따른 해상 관리용 부표는 스스로 전력을 안정적으로 생산하고, 이를 이용하여 해상의 환경을 보다 용이하게 모니터링 할 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
