The present invention relates to a device for switching a working state of a heavy workload, comprising: a base frame; a pair of support plates that are installed to be switch-rotatably coupled to the base frame so as to be able to switch between vertical and horizontal states by placing heavy workloads, and are arranged oppositely so that the support plates can be switched and rotated to transfer the heavy workloads from one side to the other in a mutually orthogonal state; a rotation driving unit for switching and rotationally driving each of the pair of support plates; and a control unit controlling the rotation driving unit so that the working state of the heavy workload is switched after rotating the horizontal support plate so that the heavy workload is tilted and supported by an upright support plate in a state where the heavy workload is placed and the pair of support plates are in a mutually orthogonal state. An object of the present invention is to provide a device for switching a working state of a heavy workload capable of increasing the lifespan of a component for rotational driving and preventing an accident.
본 발명은 중량작업물 작업상태 전환장치는 베이스프레임, 중량작업물을 적치하여 수직상태와 수평상태 간을 전환 가능하도록 베이스프레임에 전환 회전 가능하게 결합되게 설치되며, 상호 직교상태에서 함께 전환 회전하여 중량작업물을 한 쪽으로부터 다른 한 쪽으로 적치 이전 가능하도록 대향 배치된 한 쌍의 지지플레이트, 한 쌍의 지지플레이트 각각을 전환 회전 구동하는 회전구동부 및 중량작업물이 적치된 상태이고 한 쌍의 지지플레이트가 상호 직교상태에서 수평한 지지플레이트를 회전 구동하여 중량작업물이 기울어져 기립한 지지플레이트에 경사 지지되도록 한 후 중량작업물의 작업상태가 전환되도록 회전구동부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
