본 발명은 이동형 충전기를 이용하여 전기자동차를 충전할 때 충전전력을 공급하는 수용가의 전력량계를 보다 정확하고 안전하게 식별하기 위한 전기자동차 충전 과금을 위한 전력량계 식별방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 이동형 충전기에 설치된 RFID 리더가 전원 콘센트에 부착된 RFID 태그로부터 상기 전원 콘센트에 부여된 콘센트 ID를 획득하는 단계; 상기 이동형 충전기에 설치된 자계기가 상기 RFID 리더로부터 상기 획득된 콘센트 ID를 수신하는 단계; 상기 자계기가 상기 전원 콘센트 주변에 존재하는 복수의 모계기들에게 상기 콘센트 ID를 제공하고, 제공된 콘센트 ID에 기초하여 상기 전원 콘센트에 대한 지원 여부 확인을 요청하는 단계; 및 상기 자계기가 상기 복수의 모계기들 중에서 상기 전원 콘센트를 지원하는 모계기로부터 모계기 ID를 제공받는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.

    The present invention relates to a watt hour meter identifying method for charging and billing an electric vehicle in order to accurately and safely identify the watt hour meter of a consumer supplying a charging power when charging an electric vehicle by using a mobile charger. The present invention includes: a step in which an RFID reader installed in the mobile charger obtains a socket ID given to the power socket from an RFID tag attached to the power socket; a step in which a child meter installed in the mobile charger receives the obtained socket ID from the RFID reader; a step in which the child meter provides the socket ID for a plurality of mother meters existing around the power socket, and requests whether to support the power socket based on the provided socket ID; and a step in which the child meter receives the mother meter ID from the mother meter supporting the power socket among the plurality of mother meters.
