An automated trolley according to the present invention comprises: a rectangular frame (100); a connector (200) installed on top of the rectangular frame; and a jig assembly (300) installed on top of the connector and mounting a vehicle frame thereon. The frame includes: a main body (110) of the frame; a wheel part (120) installed below the main body of the frame; a driving part (130) for controlling the operation of the wheel part; and a battery (140) for supplying power to the driving part. The jig assembly includes: a jig base (310); a clamp jig (320) for coupling the front side of the vehicle frame with the rear side thereof; a shape regulating jig (330) for supporting the lower middle region of the vehicle frame; and a pneumatic pressure part (340) for providing a coupling force to the clamp jig. Therefore, provided is an automated trolley for vehicle assembly, which can replace an existing assembly line using a conveyor.

    본 발명에 따른 자동화 운반대차는, 사각 형상의 프레임(100)과, 상기 프레임의 상부에 설치되는 연결체(200)와, 상기 연결체의 상부에 설치되고 차량 프레임을 안착시키는 지그 조립체(300)로 이루어지고, 상기 프레임은 프레임 본체(110)와, 상기 프레임 본체의 하부에 설치되는 바퀴부(120)와, 상기 바퀴부의 동작을 제어하는 구동부(130)와, 상기 구동부로 동력을 제공하는 배터리(140)를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 지그 조립체는 지그 베이스(310)와, 상기 차량 프레임의 전측 및 후측을 체결하는 클램프 지그(320)와, 상기 차량 프레임의 하부 중앙영역을 지지하는 형상규제 지그(330)와, 상기 클램프 지그에 체결력을 제공하는 공압부(340)을 포함하여 이루어진다.
