The present invention relates to a malfunction-free railway impedance bond having an anti-moisture film to increase insulating property, which can efficiently control railway vehicles, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a railway impedance bond comprises: a first coil winding body wound around a first bobbin with a certain number of turns and connecting a second bus bar connection terminal to one end of a first coil while a first bus bar connection terminal is connected to the other end of the first coil to come in contact with the first bobbin; a second coil winding body wound around a second bobbin, as an axis, with the same number of turns as that of the first coil winding body and connecting a fourth bus bar connection terminal to one end of a second coil while a third bus bar connection terminal is connected to the other end of the second coil to come in contact with the second bobbin; a primary coil winding body allowing the first bus bar connection terminal to penetrate second coil layers to match the third bus bar connection terminal while placing the first coil winding body on the lower side and placing the second coil winding body on the upper part, so that resistance of the first coil winding body and second coil winding body are the same with respect to a neutral point; a secondary coil winding body having a coil wound around a third bobbin in an electrical proportional relationship with the number of coil turns of the primary coil winding body while coming in contact with the lower surface of the primary coil winding body and having a plurality of lead wires connected and coupled to both ends of the coil; a silicon iron core formed through the center of the primary coil winding body and the secondary coil winding body; a moisture prevention film formed around the primary coil winding body, the secondary coil winding body, and the silicon iron core except for a plurality of bus bar connection terminals and lead wires; and an accommodation enclosure having the primary coil winding body, the secondary coil winding body, and the silicon iron core, which are sealed with the moisture prevention film, embedded and coupled thereto without vibration.
본 발명의 철도용 궤도회로의 임피던스본드는, 제1 보빈에 접하여 제1 부스바 연결단자가 제 1코일 일단에 접속되어 있는 상태에서, 상기 제1 보빈을 축으로 일정한 권수로 권취되고, 제 1코일 타단에 제2 부스바 연결단자가 접속되어 있는 제1코일권선체, 제2 보빈에 접하여 제3 부스바 연결단자가 제2 코일 일단에 접속되어 있는 상태에서, 상기 제2 보빈을 축으로 제1 코일권선체의 권수와 동일한 권수로 제2 코일이 권취되고, 제2 코일 타단에 제4 부스바 연결단자가 접속되어 있는 제2코일권선체, 상기 제1코일권선체를 하부에 놓고, 제2코일권선체를 상부에 배치하면서 제 1 부스바 연결단자를 제 2코일 층 사이로 관통하여 제 3 부스바 연결단자와 일치시켜, 중성점을 기준으로 제1코일권선체와 제2코일권선체 저항이 같은 1차코일권선체; 상기 1차코일권선체 하부면에 접하여, 제3 보빈에 1차코일권선체의 코일권선 횟수와 전기적인 비례 관계로 코일이 감겨있으면서 코일의 양끝에 다수의 인입선이 연결 결합되어 있는 2차코일권선체; 상기 1차코일권선체, 2차코일권선체 중앙을 관통하여 형성된 규소철심; 상기 1차코일권선체, 2차코일권선체, 규소철심 중에서 다수의 부스바 연결단자 및 인입선을 제외한 부위를 감싸며 형성된 습기방지막; 상기 습기방지막으로 밀봉된 1차코일권선체, 2차코일권선체, 규소철심을 진동 없게 내장결합하는 수용함체를 갖는다.
