The present invention relates to a shift control device for a vehicle, and more particularly, to a shift control device and a shift control method for a vehicle capable of increasing a sense of acceleration in a vehicle equipped with a continuously variable transmission. To this end, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the shift control device for a vehicle comprises: the transmission which transmits driving force of the vehicle to a driving wheel; a state detection unit which detects state data of the vehicle; and a vehicle controller which determines whether kick-down shift is required based on state data, checks an rpm jump amount, an rpm gradient, and a final rpm based on the state data when a shift control condition is required, and performing shift based on the rpm jump amount, the rpm gradient, and the final rpm.

    본 발명은 차량용 변속 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 무단 변속기가 장착된 차량에 가속감을 증가시킬 수 있는 차량용 변속 제어 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 차량용 변속 제어 장치는 차량의 구동력을 구동휠에 전달하는 변속기, 상기 차량의 상태 데이터를 검출하는 상태 검출부, 및 상기 상태 데이터를 기반으로 킥 다운 변속이 필요한지를 판단하고, 상기 변속 제어 조건이 필요하면 상기 상태 데이터를 기반으로 회전수 점프량, 회전수 기울기 및 최종 회전수를 확인하며, 상기 회전수 점프량, 회전수 기울기 및 최종 회전수를 기반으로 변속을 수행하는 차량 제어기를 포함한다.
