The present invention relates to an integrated mast device for ships, comprising: a body; a mounting equipment installed inside the body; a duct connected to each section from the inside of the body to cool at least a portion of the body in which infrared rays generated from the mounting equipment are emitted, and through which cooling air flows; at least one damper installed in the duct to selectively change a flow path of cooling air; and a control unit for controlling opening and closing of the damper.
