The present invention relates to a system for predicting rolling motion characteristics of a ship using a machine learning technique. More particularly, the present invention relates to a system for predicting rolling motion characteristics of a ship using a machine learning technique, which uses ship specification data based on the machine learning technique to predict the rolling motion response amplitude operator (RAO), one of the motion characteristics of the ship, so that the stability of ships without drawings such as small and medium-sized ships can be evaluated, and minimizes proficiency and dependence on the drawing modeling process and commercial tools required to analyze RAO.

    본 발명은 기계학습기법을 이용한 선박의 횡동요 운동특성 예측 시스템에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 기계학습기법을 기반으로 선박 제원데이터를 이용하여 선박의 운동특성 중 하나인 횡동요 RAO(Response Amplitude Operator)를 예측할 수 있도록 함으로써 중·소형 선박과 같은 도면이 존재하지 않는 선박들에 대한 안정성을 평가할 수 있고, RAO를 해석하기 위하여 필요한 도면 모델링 과정과 상용 툴에 대한 숙련도 및 의존도를 최소화 할 수 있도록 하는 기계학습기법을 이용한 선박의 횡동요 운동특성 예측 시스템에 관한 것이다.
