Provided is a method of manufacturing a buoyancy-adjustable fiber-reinforced concrete pontoon. The method comprises: a formwork manufacturing step (a) of manufacturing a formwork formed in a hollow rectangular parallelepiped shape with an opened upper portion; an auxiliary floating body installation step (b) of installing an auxiliary floating body in an inner space of the formwork, wherein the auxiliary floating body is made of a polyethylene material, formed in a hollow shape, and includes an inlet port that is formed in an upper portion thereof, and liquid or air can be injected into the auxiliary floating body through the inlet port; a molding step (c) of pouring liquid contents into the inlet port of the auxiliary floating body installed in the step (b) and pouring a fiber-reinforced concrete raw material into the formwork to pour concrete; and a drying step (d) of drying the concrete poured and molded in the step (c) and removing the liquid contents injected into the auxiliary floating body (d), thereby providing stability against rolling, which is the left and right fluctuations in the water, and providing resistance to the reway, which is the force pushed by the waves. Accordingly, the buoyancy-adjustable fiber-reinforced concrete pontoon according to the present invention can be prevented from being shaken or pushed by the waves.
상부가 개구되고 내부가 비어있는 직육면체 형상으로 이루어진 거푸집 제조단계(가); 상기 폴리에틸렌(PE; poly ehtylene)재질의 내부가 비어있는 형상으로 상부에 내부로 액체 또는 기체를 주입할 수 있는 투입구가 형성되는 보조부체를 상기 거푸집 내부공간에 설치하는 보조부체 설치단계(나); 상기 (나)단계에서 설치한 보조부체의 투입구로 액체류를 주입시키고 섬유보강 콘크리트 원료를 거푸집에 주입하여 콘크리트를 타설하는 성형단계(다); 상기 (다)단계에서 타설하여 성형한 콘크리트를 건조시키고 보조부체 내에 주입한 액체를 제거하는 건조단계(라)로 이루어진 부력 조절이 가능한 섬유보강 콘크리트 폰툰 제조방법을 제공함으로써, 수중의 좌우 동요인 롤링(rolling)에 대한 안정성을 제공함과 동시에 파도에 밀리는 힘인 리웨이(reway)에 저항성을 제공하여 본 발명에 따른 부력 조절이 가능한 섬유보강 콘크리트 폰툰은 흔들리거나 파도에 밀리는 것이 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
