The present invention relates to a safety improvement fixing mechanism for an overhead distribution line. The safety improvement fixing mechanism includes a cross arm (10) installed in parallel to an upper end of an electric pole (P) with the electric pole (P) interposed therebetween; a transfer unit (20) installed at both ends of the cross arm (10) to reciprocate an overhead wire fixing unit (30); the overhead wire fixing unit (30) which is detachably installed on the cross arm (10) via the transfer unit (20) and fixes and insulates an overhead wire (L); a shelf (40) that is rotatably installed between the cross arms (10); a winding unit (50) installed on an upper surface of the shelf (40) to elevate the overhead wire fixing unit (30) while fixing the overhead wire (L); and a lighting unit (60) which is installed on a lower surface of the shelf (40) to emit light to the surroundings. According to this embodiment, by installing a lamp, solar, storage battery and switch on the shelf, it is possible to light up the surroundings during night work, thereby making work easier. In particular, since an operator does not need to carry a separate (hand) lamp for work, the efficiency and convenience of work can be improved.

    본 발명은 가공배전선을 위한 안전성 향상 고정기구에 관한 것으로서, 전주(P)르 사이에 두고 전주(P)의 상단부에 나란하게 설치되는 완금(10); 완금(10)의 양단부에 내설되어 가공전선고정유닛(30)을 왕복이송시키는 이송유닛(20); 이송유닛(20)을 매개로 완금(10)에 착탈가능하게 설치되며 가공전선(L)을 고정 및 절연하는 가공전선고정유닛(30); 완금(10) 사이에 회동가능하게 설치되는 선반(40); 선반(40)의 상면에 설치되어 가공전선(L)을 고정하면서 가공전선고정유닛(30)을 승강시키는 권양유닛(50); 선반(40)의 하면에 설치되어 주변으로 빛을 방출하는 조명유닛(60);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 실시 예에 의하면, 선반에 램프와 솔라, 축전지 및 스위치를 각각 설치하여 줌으로서 야간작업시 주변을 환하게 밝혀 줄 수 있어 작업을 보다 손쉽게 진행할 수 있고, 특히 작업자가 작업을 위해 별도의 (손)전등을 휴대하고 다닐 필요가 없어 작업의 효율성 및 편의성을 높여 줄 수 있다.
