According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a full-body exercise bicycle by a user's upper and lower body. The bicycle comprises: a driving force providing unit including a handle bar and a stem coupled to the handle bar, and including a rotation converting unit that converts a driving force provided by the user by rotating the handle bar with the upper body to a rotating shaft; a driving force transmitting unit which transmits the driving force provided by the driving force providing unit to the driving wheels of the bicycle; and a chain connecting the driving force providing unit and the driving force transmitting unit.

    본 실시예에 의한 전신 운동 자전거는 사용자의 상체 및 하체로 구동하는 자전거로, 자전거는: 핸들 바와, 핸들 바와 결합되는 스템을 포함하며, 사용자가 상체로 스템을 회전축으로 핸들 바를 회전시켜 제공하는 구동력을 일 방향 회전으로 변환하는 회전 변환부를 포함하는 구동력 제공부와, 구동력 제공부가 제공한 구동력을 자전거의 구동륜에 전달하는 구동력 전달부 및 구동력 제공부와 구동력 전달부를 연결하는 체인을 포함한다.
