The present invention relates to a bollard installed at a pedestrian crossing to ensure the safety of pedestrians. In particular, the present invention relates to a bollard equipped with a safety shut-off device which prevents pedestrians from crossing the crossing by protruding a shut-off device of the bollard when a pedestrian traffic light is a red light.
