The present invention relates to a concrete mattress construction device. By flexibly absorbing the bending deformation of a main body due to a weight of the main body and the load of a concrete mattress, even if the main body is designed in a large size of 10m or more, the operating force through a main shaft is accurately transmitted. In particular, partial replacement of parts is easy due to a prefabricated coupling structure between the parts including a locking rod and a clutch unit. In order to improve workability according to maintenance in the field, the main body (100), the main shaft (200), the locking rod (300), and the clutch unit (400) are the main parts.

    본 발명은 콘크리트 매트리스 시공장치에 관련되며, 이때 콘크리트 매트리스 시공장치는 메인바디 자체 중량 및 콘크리트 매트리스 하중에 의한 메인바디 휨 변형을 유연하게 흡수하여 메인바디를 10m 이상의 대형사이즈로 설계하더라도 메인샤프트를 통한 작동력이 정확하게 전달되고, 특히 록킹봉 및 클러치부를 포함하는 구성부품 간에 조립식 결합구조로 인해 부분적인 부품교체가 용이하여 현장에서 유지보수에 따른 작업성 향상을 도모하기 위해 메인바디(100), 메인샤프트(200), 록킹봉(300), 클러치부(400)를 주요구성으로 이루어진다.
