The present invention relates to a solar-rechargeable electric bicycle and, more specifically, to an electric bicycle capable of enabling human power and electric energy to be selectively used by adding a battery and a motor to a regular bicycle equipped with a chain device and pedals to rotate wheels (a3). The electric bicycle includes: a main body (10) installed on one side of a body frame (a1) of the bicycle; a rotor (20) installed to be rotatable by a first rotation means (201) on one side of the main body (10); a solar power generation module (30) hinged with one side of the rotor (20) to be rotatable to produce electricity through solar power generation, and enabling the battery to be charged with the produced electricity; an angle adjustment means (40) adjusting the angle of the solar power generation module (30); and a control part (50) enabling the angle of the solar power generation module (30) to be adjusted by controlling the first rotation means (201) and the angle adjustment means (40). According to the present invention, since the solar power generation module is provided to charge the battery through solar power generation even on the outside where there isn′t a charging facility, time for using the battery can be extended, which can lead to an improvement in convenience for charging and using the electric bicycle, and also, since the angle of the solar power generation module can be automatically adjusted in accordance with the position of the sun and the riding condition of the electric bicycle, the efficiency of power generation can be improved.

    본 발명은 태양광 충전식 전기자전거에 관한 것으로서, 체인장치와 페달을 구비하여 바퀴(a3)를 회전시킬 수 있게 한 통상의 자전거에 배터리와 모터를 더 구비하여 인력과 전기에너지를 선택적으로 사용 가능케 한 전기자전거에 있어서, 자전거의 보디프레임(a1)의 일측에 설치되는 메인보디(10); 메인보디(10)의 일측에서 제1회전수단(201)에 의해 회전 가능케 설치되는 회전체(20); 회전체(20)의 일측에 회동 가능케 힌지 결합되어 태양광 발전을 통해 전기를 생산하고, 생산된 전기가 상기 배터리에 충전되게 하는 태양광발전모듈(30); 태양광발전모듈(30)의 각도를 조절하는 각도조절수단(40); 제1회전수단(201)과 각도조절수단(40)을 제어하여 상기 태양광발전모듈(30)의 각도가 조절되게 하는 제어부(50); 를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 태양광발전모듈을 구비하여 충전시설이 없는 실외에서도 태양광 발전을 이용해 배터리를 충전할 수 있게 됨으로써 배터리의 사용시간을 연장시켜 전기자전거의 충전 및 사용편의성이 향상되며, 태양광발전모듈이 태양의 위치 및 전기자전거의 운행 상태에 따라 자동으로 각도가 조절됨으로써 발전효율성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
