The present invention relates to a helicopter door structure for an emergency escape, capable of satisfying requirements of an emergency exit requested for the airworthiness certification of an aircraft without causing a great increase in the weight of a helicopter. The helicopter door structure includes: a door for opening and closing an entrance provided in the fuselage of a helicopter; a hinge unit including a first hinge bracket and a second hinge bracket in pairs, wherein the first hinge bracket is provided on one side of the circumference of the entrance and the second hinge bracket is fixed to one side of the circumference of the door, and having holes formed on the first and second hinge brackets, respectively; and a pin unit penetrating the holes of the first and second hinge brackets, and including a pin body elongated as a hollow body, and including a control hole formed on a side of one end part, a plunger having a rod shape while having one end part formed with a small diameter to form a first contraction part, and inserted into the pin body to be slid, and a control ball inserted into the control hole inside the pin body to be exposed to the outside of the pin body or not to be exposed depending on the position of the plunger.

    본 발명은 헬리콥터의 중량을 크게 증가시키지 않으면서도 항공기 감항인증에서 요구되는 비상탈출구의 요건을 만족시킬 수 있는 비상이탈을 위한 헬리콥터 도어구조에 관한 것으로, 헬리콥터의 동체에 마련된 출입구를 개폐하기 위한 도어, 상기 출입구의 둘레 일측에 마련되는 제1 힌지브라켓과, 상기 도어의 둘레 일측에 고정되는 제2 힌지브라켓이 쌍으로 마련되며, 상기 제1 힌지브라켓과 제2 힌지브라켓 각각에 홀이 형성된 힌지유닛, 및 상기 제1 힌지브라켓과 제2 힌지브라켓의 홀을 관통하는 것으로, 중공으로 길게 형성되며, 일단부 측면에는 조절홀이 형성된 핀바디와, 봉 형상이되 일단부는 그 직경이 작게 형성되어 제1수축부를 형성하고, 상기 핀바디 내부에 삽입되어 슬라이딩하는 플런저와, 상기 핀바디 내측의 상기 조절홀에 삽입되어, 상기 플런저의 위치에 따라 상기 핀바디 외부로 노출되거나 노출되지 않는 조절볼을 포함하는 핀유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
