본 발명은 증발가스 재액화 시스템 및 이를 포함하는 선박에 관한 것으로서, 증발가스 재액화 시스템은 혼합냉매를 이용하여 증발가스를 액화시키는 액화부를 포함하고, 상기 액화부는, 증발가스를 혼합냉매와 열교환시켜 액화하는 재액화기; 혼합냉매를 압축하며 혼합냉매 압축 시 윤활유가 혼입되지 않는 윤활유-프리 타입의 혼합냉매 압축기; 압축된 혼합냉매를 냉각하여 재액화기로 공급하는 혼합냉매 쿨러; 상기 재액화기에서 토출된 혼합냉매를 상기 재액화기의 하류에서 감압해 상기 재액화기로 재유입시키는 혼합냉매 감압밸브; 상기 혼합냉매 압축기로 공급될 혼합냉매를 임시저장하는 리시버; 및 상기 혼합냉매 압축기와 상기 재액화기 사이에서 분기되어, 혼합냉매 일부를 상기 리시버로 회수하는 혼합냉매 회수라인을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to an evaporation gas reliquefaction system and a ship including the same. The evaporation gas reliquefaction system comprises a liquefaction unit for liquefying evaporation gas using a mixed refrigerant. The liquefaction unit includes: a reliquefaction unit which performs the heat exchange between the evaporation gas and the mixed refrigerant to perform liquefaction; a lubricating oil-free type mixed refrigerant compressor which compresses the mixed refrigerant and prevents the mixing of lubricating oil when the mixed refrigerant is compressed; a mixed refrigerant cooler for cooling the compressed mixed refrigerant; a gas-liquid separator which separates the cooled mixed refrigerant into gas and a liquid to independently supply a gas type mixed refrigerant and a liquid type mixed refrigerant to the reliquefaction unit; and a mixed refrigerant decompression valve for decompressing the gas type mixed refrigerant separated from the gas-liquid separator downstream of the reliquefaction unit and re-injecting the same into the reliquefaction unit. The reliquefaction unit is provided with a first mixed refrigerant flow through which the gas type mixed refrigerant separated by the gas-liquid separator flows, a second mixed refrigerant flow reinjected via the mixed refrigerant decompression valve, and an evaporation gas flow. The gas-liquid separator is to join the liquid type mixed refrigerant onto the second mixed refrigerant flow of the reliquefaction unit.
