The present invention relates to an eco-friendly buoyant buoy and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to an eco-friendly buoyant buoy and a manufacturing method thereof, in which the eco-friendly buoyant buoy is used in a sea fish farm; and a liner tank is molded through blower molding by using polyethylene, and the liner tank is coated with a composite material, which is obtained by mixing an epoxy resin and a curing agent with glass fibers and wound around the liner tank, so that rigidity of the buoyant buoy is enhanced, and safety of the buoyant buoy is improved. The present invention as described above provides the eco-friendly buoyant buoy, wherein a liner tank having a hollow having a predetermined thickness, and including a fastening screw shaft having a through-hole, and a connection screw shaft having a connection groove formed on a lower side of the fastening screw shaft is provided; after first and second layers are wound around an outer diameter portion of the liner tank, a joint valley layer having joint valleys formed at regular intervals is wound around the outer diameter portion of the liner tank, a waterproof adapter and a fixing/binding ring are connected to the fastening screw shaft, and a fixed adapter including a binding ring is connected to the connection screw shaft; and the liner tank is coated with the first layer, which is wound around the outer diameter portion of the liner tank in a circumferential direction, such that 10 glass fiber strands having a band width of 20 to 25 mm are wound around the liner tank in the circumferential direction while rotating the liner tank.

    본 발명은 친환경 부력부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 바다 양식장에 사용하며 폴리에틸렌으로 블로워 몰딩에 의해 라이너 탱크를 성형하고, 상기 라이너 탱크에 유리섬유에 에폭시 수지와 경화제를 혼합하여 와인딩한 복합재료를 코팅하여 강성을 향상시키며 안전성이 높은 부력부표를 제공하는 친환경 부력부표와 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명은 관통구멍이 형성된 체결 나사축이 형성되고 체결 나사축의 하측으로 연결홈이 형성되는 연결 나사축이 형성되도록 중공이 일정한 두께로 이루어지는 라이너 탱크와; 상기 라이너 탱크의 외경에 1번 레이어와 2번 레이어가 와인딩된 후 일정한 간격의 이음새골이 형성되는 이음새골 레이어를 와인딩해 성형하는 것을 포함하고, 상기 체결 나사축에 방수 어댑터와 고정 결속고리가 연결되고, 연결 나사축에 결속고리가 형성된 고정형 어뎁터가 연결되는 것을 포함하되;상기 1번 레이어는 라이너 탱크의 외경에 원주 방향으로 와인딩하며, 상기 라이너 탱크를 회전시키면서 10개의 유리섬유 가닥 20∼25mm의 밴드폭을 갖도록 원주방향으로 와인딩해 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
