Provided is a system for providing a non-contact parking order service to provide a platform for automating customer services and increasing customer convenience. According to the present invention, the system comprises: an autonomous driving cart moving along a cart guide line and moving to a position corresponding to an input area code along the cart guide line when the area core corresponding to at least one area is input; an order and payment apparatus outputting at least one kinds of products on a screen, performing payment when at least one of the output products is selected and at least one kind of payment means is input, and outputting and transmitting a pickup request event when the payment is finished; and a parking order service providing server. The parking order service providing server comprises: a storage unit storing the position and area code of at least one area within a parking zone and an area code; a pickup request unit mapping the area code of an area, in which a vehicle having a vehicle license number is parked, with an order number when order and payment are completed in the order and payment apparatus and the vehicle license number is recognized, and outputting the pickup request event; and a delivery request unit, when receiving a pickup complete signal, recognizing the order number and requesting the autonomous driving cart to move to the area having the area code stored by being mapped with the recognized order number.

    비대면 주차 주문 서비스 제공 시스템이 제공되며, 카트유도선을 따라 이동하고, 적어도 하나의 영역에 대응하는 영역코드가 입력되는 경우, 입력된 영역코드에 대응하는 위치로 카트유도선을 따라 이동하는 자율주행카트, 화면 상에 적어도 하나의 종류의 상품이 출력되고, 출력된 상품 중 적어도 하나가 선택되는 경우 적어도 하나의 종류의 결제수단이 입력되는 경우 결제를 진행하고, 결제가 완료된 경우 픽업요청 이벤트를 출력하여 전송하는 주문결제장치 및 주차구역 내 적어도 하나의 영역의 위치 및 영역코드를 저장하는 저장부, 주문결제장치에서 주문 및 결제가 완료되고, 차량번호가 인식된 경우 차량번호를 가지는 차량이 주차된 영역의 영역코드를 주문번호에 매핑하여 저장하고 픽업요청 이벤트를 출력하는 픽업요청부, 픽업완료신호가 수신되는 경우 주문번호를 식별하고 식별된 주문번호에 매핑되어 저장된 영역코드를 가지는 영역으로 자율주행카트의 주행을 요청하는 배달요청부를 포함하는 주차 주문 서비스 제공 서버를 포함한다.
