The present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a vehicle wheel using a fiber-reinforced composite material, which can simplify a process by integrally combining metallic spokes while forming a fiber-reinforced composite material rim, and can satisfy stability of combining the rim and spokes required for a wheel, a vehicle wheel using a fiber-reinforced composite material, which satisfies a fastening strength required for combining a fiber-reinforced composite material rim and metallic spokes with respect to a wheel including two divided parts, and a vehicle wheel mold suitable for the vehicle wheel using a fiber-reinforced composite material and the method for manufacturing the same. The vehicle wheel comprises a spoke structure and a rim.
본 발명은 섬유강화복합재료 림을 성형하는 동시에 금속 재질의 스포크를 일체로 결합시켜 공정을 단순화하고 휠에 요구되는 림과 스포크의 결합에 대한 안정성을 만족시킬 수 있는 섬유강화복합재료를 이용한 차량용 휠의 제조방법과 2개의 분할된 파트로 구성되는 휠에 대하여, 섬유강화복합재료 림과 금속 재질의 스포크의 결합에 요구되는 체결 강도를 만족하는 섬유강화복합재료를 이용한 차량용 휠 및 섬유강화복합재료를 이용한 차량용 휠 및 그의 제조방법에 적합한 차량용 휠 금형을 제공하고자 하는 것이다.
