The present invention relates to an automobile headliner and a manufacturing method capable of being easy to recycle when a vehicle is scrapped by unifying an entire material with polypropylene resin which is wide use resin, and providing a low manufacturing cost by simplifying a product structure and a manufacturing process. The present invention provides sound absorption, heat insulation, heat resistance, environmental friendliness, recyclability, and weight reduction with the simple manufacturing process by applying a non-crosslinked polypropylene foam which is thermoplastic resin without using a thermosetting foam material which is a phenolic resin foam or a polyurethane foam to be used as a conventional headliner material.

    본 발명은 자동차용 헤드라이너 기재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 전체 소재를 범용수지인 폴리프로필렌 수지로 통일함으로써 폐차 시 재활용이 매우 용이하고, 제품구조와 제조공정이 간단하여 제조비용이 저렴할 뿐 아니라 종래에 헤드라이너 소재로 널리 사용되던 열경화성 폼 소재, 즉 페놀수지 폼이나 폴리우레탄 폼을 사용하지 않고, 열가소성수지인 무가교 폴리프로필렌 폼을 적용함으로써, 제조공정이 단순하면서도 흡음성, 단열성, 내열성, 환경친화성, 재활용성 및 경량화를 실현할 수 있는 자동차용 헤드라이너 소재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
