According to one aspect of the present invention, a rudder includes: a rudder stock installed at the stern of a ship to receive power for the steering of the ship; a rudder blade having left and right sides formed with a large area to receive resistance from water and combined with the rudder stock; a rudder trunk formed into a circular hollow pipe shape and combined with the rudder stock; and a neck bearing located between the rudder stock and the rudder trunk. The rudder trunk includes: at least one abrasion measurement device insertion part formed into a penetrated shape on the same position as the neck bearing; and an abrasion measurement device inserted into the abrasion measurement device insertion part to be combined therewith. Therefore, the rudder is capable of providing convenience to eliminate the need for the dismantlement of the entire composition of the rudder when a time for replacing a bearing is identified.
