The present invention relates to a hybrid prefabricated equipment foundation capable of reducing the self-load of an equipment foundation while safely supporting the load of rooftop equipment, making construction fast and easily forming a gradient on a floor surface by being constituted as a frame form in which an upper part supporting the rooftop equipment is formed of a first upper member, a PC slab, and a lower part comprises a main support beam and a post member. According to the present invention, the hybrid prefabricated equipment foundation is installed in an upper part of a rooftop slab of a building to place equipment. A first foundation module pre-manufactured into a table shape comprises: a pair of main support beams which is spaced apart from each other; a rectangular first upper plate member which is a precast concrete member fixed to an upper part of the main support beam; and a post member which is fixed to a lower part of the main support beam and fabricated with the length adjusted in advance in accordance with an upper side gradient of the foundation. A plurality of lines of first foundation modules are installed to be spaced apart from each other, and a second foundation module including a rectangular second upper plate member is installed between adjacent first foundation modules, wherein a main support beam beside the second upper plate member protrudes to the outside of the first upper plate member such that a side end of the second upper plate member is placed in an upper part of the protruding part of the main support beam.

    본 발명은 옥상 장비를 지지하는 상부 부분은 PC 슬래브인 제1상판부재로 형성하고 하부 부분은 메인지지빔과 포스트부재로 구성되는 프레임 형식으로 구성함으로써, 옥상 장비의 하중을 안전하게 지지하면서도 장비 기초의 자중을 크게 줄일 수 있고 시공이 빠르며 바닥면 구배 형성이 용이한 하이브리드형 선조립 장비 기초에 대한 것이다. 본 발명 하이브리드형 선조립 장비 기초는 건물 옥상 슬래브의 상부에 설치되어 장비를 거치하기 위한 것으로, 상호 이격되는 한 쌍의 메인지지빔, 상기 메인지지빔의 상부에 고정 설치되는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재인 장방형의 제1상판부재 및 상기 메인지지빔의 하부에 고정 설치되는 것으로 기초 상면 구배에 따라 사전에 길이가 조절된 상태로 공장 제작되는 포스트부재로 구성되어 테이블 형태로 사전 제작되는 제1기초모듈이 복수의 열로 상호 이격되도록 설치되고, 이웃하는 제1기초모듈의 사이에는 장방형의 제2상판부재를 포함하여 구성되는 제2기초모듈이 설치되되, 상기 제2상판부재 측의 메인지지빔은 제1상판부재의 외측으로 돌출되어 상기 제2상판부재의 측단이 상기 메인지지빔의 돌출된 부분 상부에 거치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
