The present invention relates to an electromagnetic brake system for an electric vehicle, including: a spherical inductor formed to be penetrated by a central part of a drive shaft; a plurality of springs inserted into a hole formed in the inductor; a disk-shaped armature installed to come in contact with the springs; and a friction plate mounted on a driving motor side, wherein the friction plate is operated toward the armature to generate braking force. According to the present invention, an electric vehicle having a main service brake and an electromagnetic brake is simplified to improve economic efficiency.

    본 발명은 구동축에 중앙부로 관통하도록 형성된 구형의 인덕터, 상기 인덕터에 형성된 홀에 삽입되는 복수의 스프링, 상기 스프링에 접하도록 설치되는 원판형의 아마추어 및 주행모터 측에 장착되는 마찰판을 포함하고, 상기 마찰판을 상기 아마추어 측으로 동작시켜 제동력을 생성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기차용 전자 브레이크 시스템으로서, 본 발명에 의하면, 메인 서비스 브레이크와 전자브레이크를 구비한 전기차의 구성을 간결하게 하여 보다 경제적이다.
